Refund policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

The short version

Ask within 14 days of paying and you get your money back, unless you have already submitted a release for distribution. One email is enough — there is no form and nothing to justify.

The 14-day window

One Side Global Distribution LLC, trading as One Side Global Distro, refunds any subscription in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. That applies to a first subscription and to a renewal alike.

Write to support@onesideglobaldistro.com from the address on the account and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason. We aim to answer the same working day, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid from.

When it does not apply

The one exception is a release you have already submitted for distribution. Once a release is sent to the stores, the thing you paid for has been delivered — it is on its way to Spotify, Apple Music and everywhere else, and that delivery cannot be recalled or resold.

Uploading files, filling in metadata and setting a release date do not count. It is the moment you submit a release for delivery that closes the window, and the studio tells you so before you do it.

After 14 days

We do not refund part-years. You can cancel whenever you like, which stops the next renewal, and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancelling does not take your music down. Releases already delivered stay live on the stores and keep earning, and we keep paying you what they earn — see the Terms of Use.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew once a year. We email you before a renewal is taken, and the 14 days run from the renewal payment just as they do from the first one — so a renewal you did not want is refundable on the same terms.

If something went wrong

This policy is a floor, not a ceiling. If we failed to deliver a release, took a payment twice, or you were charged for something you did not get, write to support@onesideglobaldistro.com and we will put it right regardless of how many days have passed.

Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee whatever the outcome, and we can almost always resolve it faster ourselves.

Who takes the payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Your statement will show Paddle rather than One Side Global Distro, and Paddle handles sales tax and VAT. Refunds are issued through Paddle, so they follow your bank's usual timescales once approved.
