On every plan
What you get whichever plan you pick
The things that matter most are not the things we charge more for.
You keep 100% of your master royalties
On every plan, marketed or not. Distribution never takes a percentage of what the stores pay for your recordings, and neither does marketing. On Artist Pro and Artist Elite we plan, buy and run your campaigns at our own cost, and in return we take a share on the releases we market. The split is in our Terms.
Your releases stay live, even if you cancel
Stop paying and your music stays exactly where it is, still earning. Most distributors pull your catalogue off stores the moment your subscription lapses. We think taking your music hostage is a strange way to keep a customer.
You own your masters, always
We distribute your music. We never take ownership of it, and there is no clause anywhere that transfers your rights to us by signing up. What you made stays yours.
Streaming analytics on every plan
Streams, listeners, playlists and territories, reported by store and by release, from the day your music goes live. Artist Pro and Artist Elite add deeper audience insight on top. Nobody is asked to pay extra just to see the numbers.
Unlimited releases, no fee per release
Singles, EPs, albums. Release as often as you like. There is no charge per upload and no charge to keep last year's release online.
One upload, every major platform
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music and 200+ more. You format the release once and we handle the delivery specifications for each store.

Questions
Before you sign up
How do independent artists distribute music?
Streaming services do not take music directly from artists. They work through distributors. A distributor takes your finished recording, formats it to each store's specification, delivers it, and collects what it earns on your behalf. That is the whole job, and it is the reason you do not need a record label to be on Spotify. With One Side Global the steps are: finish and master your track, create a release with your audio, artwork and credits, submit it for review, and we deliver it to every store on your plan.
What kind of artists does One Side Global work with?
Any artist, at any stage, in any genre. There is no application to pass, no catalogue minimum and no invitation required. Every plan is open to anyone. The plans are built around where you are rather than who you know: Artist is for getting your music out properly, Artist Pro adds the tools for building an audience once you have listeners, and Artist Elite is for artists running their music as a business.
What is the difference between the Artist, Artist Pro and Artist Elite plans?
All three distribute to 200+ platforms, include unlimited releases and leave your releases live if you cancel. Artist at $19.99 a year covers distribution and streaming analytics, and you keep 100% of what it earns. Artist Pro at $39.99 adds advanced audience insights, smart links and presave pages, priority support, and marketing campaigns we plan, buy and run. Artist Elite at $79.99 adds priority release review, trend and catalogue reporting, an annual strategy call and a larger marketing commitment. On both, we take a share on the releases we market. The split for each is in our Terms of Use.
Does One Side Global take a percentage of my master royalties?
No. You keep 100% of what the stores pay for your recordings, on every plan, marketed or not. Artist Pro and Artist Elite include marketing campaigns we run and pay for, and in return we take a share on the releases we market. What that share is, and everything else we take, is set out in our Terms of Use.
What do I give up for the included marketing?
A share on the releases we actually market, set out in our Terms of Use. Your master royalties are not touched. We do not take ownership of your recordings or your songs, and we do not ask for exclusivity. The share lasts 10 years from the release date, followed by a 10 year retention period, 20 years in total. It applies to only the releases we market for you, not your back catalogue, and not releases we did not run a campaign on. Running Meta and Google ad campaigns costs real money, and this is how that gets paid for instead of charging you upfront.
What marketing do I actually get?
Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ad campaigns, Spotify playlist pitching, Campaign strategy and setup. We plan the campaign, we buy the ads and we run them. You do not pay for the ad spend and you do not have to find an agency. What we cannot do is promise a result: no one can guarantee streams, playlist placements or chart positions, and anyone who does is selling you something.
Why is there no free plan?
Because a free plan is not free. It is paid for with a slice of your streaming royalties, usually around 10 to 15%, taken from money you would have received anyway. For anyone whose music does well, that costs far more than a yearly fee. We would rather charge a flat price and leave your master royalties whole.
What happens to my music if I stop paying?
It stays live on every store, and it keeps earning. You will not be able to submit new releases until you resubscribe, but nothing already out there comes down. You will not lose your catalogue for missing a renewal.
Do I keep ownership of my masters?
Yes, entirely. Distribution is a service we provide, not a transfer of rights. Nothing in signing up gives us ownership of your recordings or your compositions.
Is there a limit on how much I can release?
No. Every plan includes unlimited singles, EPs and albums, with no charge per release and no charge to keep older releases online.
What do I need to submit a release?
Lossless audio as FLAC, 16 bit or 24 bit at 44.1 kHz or higher, and square cover art of at least 3000 × 3000 pixels in RGB, under 10 MB. Artwork cannot contain store logos, prices, URLs or social handles, because stores reject those. We check all of this before anything is delivered.
Does a person actually look at my release?
Yes. Before anything is sent to stores, a reviewer checks the audio, the artwork, the metadata and the rights declarations against each store's requirements. Most rejected deliveries fail on artwork resolution or audio format, and both are catchable before submission rather than after.
How is this billed?
One flat fee for the year, and that fee covers everything on your plan. Nothing is charged per release, nothing is charged per platform, and there is no fee to leave. If you decide not to renew, all you lose is the ability to submit new releases. Everything already out stays live and keeps earning.
Can I switch plans later, and what happens to the difference?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away and we credit the unused part of what you have already paid against the new plan, so you are never charged twice for the same period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep the higher plan until then rather than losing features you have paid for. Any share on releases we have already marketed carries on as agreed at the time. Changing plan does not change a deal already done, in either direction.
Is there a minimum balance before you pay me?
Yes, $50. Once your earnings reach $50 you can withdraw them at any time, and anything below that keeps accruing until it gets there. The threshold exists because moving money costs money: paying out a balance of two dollars can cost more in transfer fees than the balance itself.
What happens to a release that is still in review when I cancel?
We finish reviewing it and deliver it. You paid for the year, and pulling a release out of the queue because a renewal lapsed is exactly the behaviour we built this to avoid. It goes to the stores as normal and stays live afterwards. If it had already been accepted for a marketing campaign, that campaign still runs and its revenue share applies as agreed.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?
Email support@onesideglobaldistro.com and a person will answer. There is no ticket maze and no bot to get past. If a release is stuck, a store is showing the wrong information, or a payout has not arrived, that is the address to use. Tell us the release title and what you are seeing, and we will chase it.
